In today's episode, we learn that we are not to swear, but we should yet our yea be yea, and our nay mean nay. James then tells the afflicted, those mourning, and those who are sick, what they need to do. He also tells them how to do these things. He specifies the need of the prayer of faith, the elders within the church, and the anointing of oil. He tells us that the effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much, for it saves the sick.
