Ron English needs no introduction. If you listen to this show, you know who he is. As one of the Godfathers of street art and the coiner of the phrase “POPaganda” Ron has been laying the groundwork for this scene since most of us in it today were still in diapers. In the contemporary art world he basically does it all… oil painting, sculpture, toy design, books, movies, TV (he was even featured on The Simpsons), and now he’s just come out with a new rock opera album called “The Rabbits in Delusionville” with his newly formed band The Rabbits Band. We grabbed him during a short visit in Berlin to have a chat about it all from the old to the new and everything in between.
