Gus flew over a neighborhood he visited quite frequently. He saw familiar houses. Many neighbors were out and about on this beautiful day. Kids played in their backyards. Adults hung their laundry to dry or grilled on the barbecue. Gus smiled to see the way everyone was enjoying the nice weather.

As he flew, a glint caught Gus’s eye, something he had never noticed before in all the times he’d soared over this neighborhood. There, on the roof of a little brick house, was something shiny and round. It looked smooth, almost like a tiny pond, but with no water and no ripples. Just a gleam of reflected sunlight.

Today’s Meditation: Relax as you imagine you are a baby penguin snuggled close to its papa.
