Anne Marie shares her own personal story with sleep and tells you how you can improve your quality of rest to help you achieve and succeed in business.

  • If you want to sleep well then avoid coffee and tea, even if your last cup was at 4om, it will stay in your body until 11pm. Swap them out for decaf versions in the evening and afternoon. You should also avoid vigorous exercise which raises your body temperature before bed.
