Reports of employees growing nervous because it sounds like someone has broken into the building when they are closing alone at night, dishes and objects falling and even being thrown at staff members, and sightings of a shadowy male figure that the staff have now given a name, and whom most believe resides in the cafe’s basement speakeasy. In the previous two episodes, the team has been investigating the mysterious happenings at the Pompee house - a transplanted historic home now sitting atop a cliffside in far west Austin.  Homeowners Kevin, Sherry and their six year old daughter Jolene have been having strange experiences since moving in in 2018. Through interviews the team learned that the family were having sightings of what they believed to the spirit of a little girl in white stockings, shadow figures in doorways and hallways, disembodied voices calling both Sherry and Jo throughout the house, and lastly the previous home owner who passed away while living in the home has been felt throughout the upstairs front room and parlor. Following the team’s interviews, they decided to bring in their psychic friend Jeffery to see if they could connect any dots between the sightings, the history and what he might pick up on his visit. Jeffery validated many experiences, including the previous homeowners presence. But he also brought to light a slightly more unsettling presence that seemed to like watching the homeowners daughter sleep. This led the family to open up to the team, for the first time, about Jolenes’ night terrors and her fear of sleeping alone. Then, at the end of this initial investigation, a psychic medium named Michelle with no connection to this case, the team or this family was pulled into this case in a unique way. Now, in  this episode, the team continues their adventure at the Pompee house, this time with this unexpected new psychic medium joining us  from north Texas.

The Haunted Pompee House - Part III

It’s one thing to experience a haunting or isolated paranormal encounter, and another all together to discover you may possess an ability to see and communicate with the dead. A Psychic Journey (Campfire)

A transplanted historic home, now sitting atop a cliffside in farwest Austin, has its residents questioning whether or not they are alone in their residence. Kevin, Sherry and their 6 year old daughter Jolene moved into the home in 2018 and each has been having both unique and shared experiences ever since. Kevin, a local musician, candidly shared with us in the previous episode all he’s experienced in this home. He’s reported faces peering from bookshelves while recording music, shadow figures standing in doorways, sightings of what he believes to be a little girl wearing white stockings, and a disembodied voice captured on a studio recording of a song. Following an interview with Kevin, the family had dropped off and seemingly lost interest in pursuing further investigation with the Night Owl team. However, Stephen was shocked to get a call from Kevin’s wife Sherry one night, informing him she’d finally witnessed something herself - she saw stockinged feet running across the upstairs kitchen stairway. In this episode, the team will travel to the Pompee House for the first time to conduct in-person interviews with Sherry and their 6 year old daughter Jolene to dig deeper into these strange occurrences. They’ll uncover more activity the family has experienced and bring in a psychic/medium to see if they can provide any answers as to what’s really going on in this historic home.

The Haunted Pompee House - Part I

Tonight’s campfire takes back twenty years ago, to a quaint Ohio college town, where Lindsey and her two roommates were scrambling to find new lodging for the semester. But when a seemingly perfect place magically comes to them, Lindsey soon begins to question how this place fell in their lap. There were some strange things she began to notice about the home. Her bedroom had a deadbolt lock on the inside, there was a feeling that you were never really alone in the house, and then there was the old, dank basement that had an eerie symbol painted on its stone walls. Before long, Lindsey was too scared to even leave her room, so much so she had to have her boyfriend Adam walk her everywhere in the home - including the bathroom. There was someone, or something, in this old house that wanted Lindsey...and she knew it. But she couldn’t afford to move, neither could her roommates, so she found herself trapped in this rental from hell.
