Today’s episode of Electronically Yours features one of the most famous UK DJ’s to emerge during the techno boom in the 90’s – Dave Clarke.
Hip hop and post-punk were his initial major influences, including The Damned. He quickly became fascinated by electronic production, forming his first band Hardcore on XL, then released a series of albums, leading to John Peel him self dubbing him ‘the Baron of Techno’. His moist recent album ‘The Desecration Of Desire’ in 2017 is a powerful work, and has recently become immersed in the world of photography, and still DJs around the world.
Ladies and gentlemen – the Baron himself – Dave Clarke…
