I loved writing my birth plan and it gave me confidence when I was feeling scared or overwhelmed about what was coming (labour). I discuss what I included in my birth plan and how most of my plan didnt work out. That being said I still had a VERY positive experience and I am greatful I created a birth plan leading up to Cosimas birth.
