He is a founding member of the bands The Human League, Heaven 17 and B.E.F., and has enjoyed a distinguished career as a producer, working with the likes of Erasure, Sananda Maitreya and Tina Turner. In 2000 he co-founded the world leading immersive sound design practice Illustrious Company with Vince Clarke. He is a lecturer, a sonic muralist, an advocate for artists rights, and he started this podcast!
