[14:55] One of the tactics for innovation is to identify the top 20% of constraints hindering

progress, the roadblocks. If you were going to consult with somebody from an

organization, what would be the first question you would ask them?

What are your pain points? Where are you losing yield? Where are you losing time?

[15:58] How might fear prevent people from moving forward thinking that AI is going to

replace them?
