In 2016, Roheel founded Forsyth Barnes alongside his business partner Scott Parsons. Since then the company has been on a wild trajectory with year after year of consecutive growth. As of right now, the company has three offices, one of which is in New York after the company successfully planted its flag stateside in 2022.
