As a track trainee, Alex would break things down, analyze and work hard at always getting 100%, 10 out of 10. Being in the stock market world Alex learned that it's ok to not know everything.   There are more people in the baseball hall of fame for hitting singles than there are for hitting home runs.  Get on base and grow from there.
