In this episode, we spoke with Justin Smith, Creative Director and Co-Founder of End of Work.

End of Work is a Sydney-based studio working accross branding and design, communications, digital and film and interiors. Justin has two other businesses which are Get Commando Fit and The Online Chairman.

We spoke about 'us' as a design industry here in Australia, free pitching, the value of design and loving what we do and being inspired to come to work. Justin also shared a personal experience with getting some particularly bad news and finding ways to turn that into a positive.
