The holidays can be one of the hardest times of year for body image. Between family gatherings, social pressure, photos, food, comparison, and the rush to start planning our 2026 goals, it’s easy to slip into insecurity or feel like you need to “fix” something before the new year. That’s exactly why I wanted to bring this episode back right now. Before you set any goals for 2026, I want you to slow down, breathe, and look at your body with appreciation—not urgency. Because your goals should come from loving yourself, not from hating parts of you.
In this episode, I’m breaking down the truth behind negative body image—where it really comes from, why it sticks, and how to take your power back. I’ll walk you through guided questions, mindset shifts, and one of the most transformative exercises I’ve ever done: writing an honest “love letter” to my body. If you’re feeling triggered, insecure, frustrated, or just exhausted from thinking about your body during the holidays, this conversation will help you reset, realign, and move into the new year from a place of confidence, compassion, and clarity.
