沈思慢想,請將身體放慢慢,頭腦放放下,和緩穩定的來練習瑜伽。請準備好一張瑜伽墊,大毛巾和舒服的抱枕,練習過程中:1.選擇適當的身體角度停留。2.專注於在身體的感受。3.穩定的停留一段時間。慢慢的練習,包括你自然的呼吸。
練習瑜伽體式:嬰兒式(Child’s Pose),金剛跪坐姿,雷電式(Thunderbolt Pose),後背反轉祈禱式(Reverse Player
Pose),月亮式,兔子式(Pose of the Moon or Hare Pose),坐姿牛面式(Cow Face Pose),(Cow Face Arms
Close Up Pose),獅子式(Lion Pose),獅吼式(Roaring Lion Pose),駱駝式(Camel
Pose),大休息(Savasana)。最後隨著音樂的流動,繼續靜心或冥想。
