With numerous years in the professional cycling space between working on the Tour of Utah to owning and running Utah Gravel Series, Dave and Breanne Harward have been at the forefront of cycling in Utah and bringing their outstanding events to life. They sit down with Tom and Preston to talk gravel, positive coping through bikes and being outside, and they talk about being parents and the stressors and joys that come from raising their awesome kids. With their backgrounds in nutrition, coaching, and a well of knowledge on mental toughness and communication, this is one for everyone to enjoy!
