Haken Anderson is a one of a kind. After his dad bought him a bike with money Haken had saved up, Haken luckily fell in love with cycling! But he didn't stop there, his talent and ambition took him to day dream about massive goals like riding across the U.S. and Europe. After an exchange trip took him to Thailand, he was inspired to ride his bike from Morocco to Singapore over 6 months. He did just that! Matthew Lefthand joins BrainStoke a world record holder after completing his 24 hour record for static cycling. He talks nutrition, training, mental health background and his mental prep for this event and the amazing cause he did it for! He completed his goal and smashed the record riding over 1000 km in 24 hours and achieved 14 records in the process. He's a freak of nature and a good friend, the man who just doesn't stop, Matthew Lefthand.
