Emotions are so powerful—they are one of the most powerful tools we have when it comes to creating the life we desire! However, to be able to create what you want through your emotions, you have to first realize when you are being emotional!

Our ego is very smart and likes to keep us safe, so it will try to hide from us when we are feeling emotional about something. It tries to keep us away from the things that are uncomfortable... when it’s the discomfort that actually gets us to grow!
