ABOUT JIM GITNEY
https://strategyrealized.com/
Book: 'Strategy Realized: The Business Hierarchy of Needs' on Amazon
Jim Gitney held leadership positions his entire career. He’s been on boards of directors, in the C-Suite, managed manufacturing, marketing, engineering, quality and a host of other functional organizations.
During that time, he saw lack of strategic alignment and agreement throughout organizations he worked with, as well as poorly executed technology and business process. These were the common denominator to failed strategies.
Jim created the Business Hierarchy of Needs® in 2013 and uses it as the framework of designing and implementing strategy with great success since then.
His book, “Strategy Realized – The Business Hierarchy of Needs – Turning Strategy Into Results” provides a unique framework for companies to successfully move from their current state to their desired future state.
Strategy Realized – The Business Hierarchy of Needs® is his efforts to collect the key learnings from the last 45 years and share them with you as a step-by-step process for turning strategy to results.
