This coming Sunday is Palm Sunday and we are continuing our Easter series entitled, “A Rock & A Hard Place,” tracking with Peter through the first Easter and the valuable lessons he needed to learn. This week we will be considering John 18 and the lesson that Peter learned from Jesus about failure. We will be reminded that even though we experience profound failure in our lives, Jesus responds to us with compassion, love, and restoration.

This coming Sunday we are continuing our Easter series entitled, “A Rock & A Hard Place,” tracking with Peter through the first Easter and the valuable lessons he needed to learn. This week we will be considering Matthew 26 and the lesson that Peter learned from Jesus about meekness, being reminded that in the Kingdom of God, our response to opposition is not aggressively insisting on our own rights, but rather focusing on surrendering our wills to the values of the Kingdom.

This coming Sunday we are launching our Easter series entitled, “A Rock & A Hard Place,” tracking with Peter through the first Easter and the valuable lessons he needed to learn. This week we will be considering John 13 and the lesson that Peter learned from Jesus about humility, being reminded that Godly love is always demonstrated in humility.

This Sunday we’ll be taking a look at John 15 and the allegory of the vine and the branches. Through this popular example told by Jesus, we’ll learn that only by drawing close to Jesus, and abiding in Him, can we learn to live a truly fruitful life.
