His parents survived and escaped the horror of Europe between the wars under the Youth Aliyah program.

Effi has retired from the workforce and follows his passion, sharing the land as a tour guide in Israel. A passionate lover of the country and its people and over the last few decades he has connected with more than a few Christadelphians all who share his love of the Land.
