Epic Tales From the Sewers: a Tmnt Podcast

On this episode I will be speaking with the Cover artist of the TMNT Universe series and the Batman/ TMNT crossovers Mr. Freddie Williams II.

Of course I could not leave out the wonderful work that he did on The Masters of the Universe & Thundercats crossover or the Masters of the Universe & Injustice Crossover as well. We are talking art style, artists that we both admire and some great books that influenced his style. Not to mention how he broke into the business, upcoming projects and What we would want to see as his next big Crossover!

In this episode we are diving back into the gritty future world of The Last Ronin. Picking up from where we left off is this tale Titled "The First to Fall." We learn more of how the Ronin survived, what happened to him and what happened to April after they parted way all those years ago. An introduction to the "new" Casey Jones and some character exploration with Oroku Hiroto. Chapter 2 of the Last Ronin has some surprises in store for the reader, that even if you see coming, you were not prepared for. Also a new Pizza Recipe just in time for St Patrick's Day and we have our Pizza Time!

We get to talk about some of the influences and the behind the scenes storytelling pieces that made the Three issue Miniseries so successful. I also ask just where did he come up with some of the character aspects for Jennika, who feels like her own character. A brief talk about the ongoing Jennika II miniseries, available now, and we talk about Brahm's previous work on Marvel Knights X-men and his creator owned series Guerillas. In this Episode I am joined by the Host of "Turtle Tracks" Brian VanHooker as we dive into the issues about some of the Maritime Mutants the Turtles run into. First The Turtles meet the Environmentally conscious Ray Fillet, a man mutated to a Manta Ray Mutant. Then we see the origin of the Alligator Agitator of the Turtles Leatherhead.
