Not feeling too good today. I don't think I'll have a seizure, but it's darn sure close to an aura. Just wanted to post to stay up on my schedule.

Took a trip to my local mental health facility about an appointment.  I had to do a walk in but was told to come back.    #Epilepsy #Krystal #mentalhealth

Those of us with epilepsy who find ourselves at home most of the day need to find something constructive to fill our time. We need to make sure it is positive and something we enjoy doing. If not, learn something new. Grow in new areas. That's for another time.

I'm just feeling good. I post everyday (except Sunday) that I feel good. It takes a seizure to keep me from my daily journal. This is just a rant about my morning.

There I've said it. Now I have no excuse not to go through with it. Quitting tobacco will be hard but I will choose to suffer because Christ suffered for me. The suffering will be worth it in the long run.

This is just me on a  rant while my laundry gets done. Its about church, energy drinks, seizures, and having a personal relationship with Jesus.

A lot of us have serious issues with loving ourselves, me included. I did some studying and found some tips we can use to learn to love ourselves.

Was wondering about caffeine consumption and content stats so I decided to do some research.
