Andi Skull is the creator of H.O.P.E. Outdoor Gallery ("the graffiti wall") and Native Hostel. She's got a bunch of trick up her sleeve to help artists get their work out there and has been pivotal in growing the art scene in Austin. Her story is incredible & she's wonderful to talk to!
