About Shelley
When Shelley Gawith’s health crashed in 2010, she lost all her physiological functions and was diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. She sought help from specialists but no one could give her direct answers. Shelley knew it was time to reclaim her power back. She decided to concentrate on functional nutrition.
Piecing together her health history by using the practice, Shelley knew she was born with hypothyroid, a condition in which the body lacks sufficient thyroid hormone which affects the metabolism. Today, Shelley’s mission in life is to spread awareness about the benefits of functional nutrition, and how it helped her and many lives to thrive despite their health conditions.
