Identifying within yourself that you are a Gray Area Drinker is a powerful yet overwhelming realisation. Jolene Park has walked this path in 2014 when she recognised her unhealthy habits with alcohol and stopped drinking, forever.
Despite not being deemed to hit rock bottom, there was a truth within herself that she was drinking too much.
Jolene believes when it comes to alcoholism, physiology first, then psychology second, determining nutritional deficiencies and depletions of nutrients such as B6, magnesium, low neurotransmitters, microbiome dysregulation (as this is the home for neurotransmitters). Kim Kiss is a rural business owner and certified Clinical Practitioner in Vibrational Kinesiology based in Wellington, Central West NSW. Together with her husband, they have been running their mixed grazing business for over 30 years which includes trade sheep, a self-replacing cattle herd, and heritage meat bird poultry.
Kim's passion for the landscape and its connection to health led her to pursue various modalities in subtle energy healing. When Shelley Gawith’s health crashed in 2010, she lost all her physiological functions and was diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. She sought help from specialists but no one could give her direct answers. Shelley knew it was time to reclaim her power back. She decided to concentrate on functional nutrition.
Piecing together her health history by using the practice, Shelley knew she was born with hypothyroid, a condition in which the body lacks sufficient thyroid hormone which affects the metabolism.
