Jeff was born in Newport South Wales in the 40's. He later joined the merchant navy and travelled all around the world getting his first tattoo in a doorway in India. When he returned to England he started tattooing using machines he had bought from Milton Zeis. In the 80's Jeff released a book 'The Tattoo - A Pictorial History' which is a collectors item today.
