On this episode we’re speaking with Rachel Murphy CEO of Difrent. Rachel has quite the history with the NHS and since leaving the organisation, she has brought her passion for user needs, service design and actual delivery together for clients across several industries.

Rachel Murphy is a public speaker, health tech advisor, and CEO of award-winning digital services company, Difrent. In just 1,000 days, Rachel built and sold Difrent, which has become a diverse workforce delivering national services. Those services include transforming the NHS Jobs platform and building the Covid Home Testing service to get frontline workers back to work during the first stages of the pandemic.

The main aim of SARD is to help improve the NHS, Britain's public health service. Healthcare and IT are ever-changing and we are interested in the ways that we can help it evolve with the growing population.
