The Lebanese Government is being taken over by Hezbollah. Samy Gemayel, President of Lebanon's Kataeb Party, resigned from Parliament following the Port of Beirut bombing and has been leading the sovereign opposition to the corruption in his government. Gemayal and his wife are in the United States on a tour to build international relationships and support for his party. We were honored to have the opportunity to sit down with him to discuss the conditions in Lebanon and the necessity of a strong American presence in the world.
