Ergonomics has traditionally been thought of ONLY identifying the risk and making modifications to that job. Not what that person is or isn’t capable of. And I think that there’s immense value in that. What I want to talk about today is the customer journey. Our potential customers can be in various stages of readiness for our services. Sometimes before they are ready of office or industrial ergonomic assessments, they first must “put out the fires” with Return to Work, Workers’ Compensation or other Employee Management Issues.
Often solving certain challenges in the more physical aspect of work will open up the possibility of more office ergonomic assessments. To find out how other Ergonomics Consultants and Healthcare Professionals are getting into and growing their ergonomics consultancy, head here now: https://www.ergonomicshelp.com/learn-ergo
Are you a healthcare professional curious about how office ergonomics assessments could fit into your services? I’ve got you covered with some valuable (and free!) resources at www.ergonomicshelp.com/free-training.
