Dr Antony Rix has spent the last 30 years researching, working and building companies in artificial intelligence, signal processing and software and now works as the CEO of Lucida Medical.

His first start-up, Psytechnics (acquired 2011 by Netscout) was built on his PhD research, patents and an international standard that he helped secure. He then gained experience on medical devices and large development programmes as Senior Consultant at TTP, before returning to start-ups to found industrial sensing specialist 8power. Antony has focused on AI for cancer imaging since 2018.
