Hi, I’m your host, Dr. Mei-Li Hennen.  I have over 15 years in THE addiction and mental health field.  I have a Master’s degree in Counseling, and a PhD in clinical psychology. 

I’m a certified transformational coach and my passion is working with people who strive to redefine their lives in extraordinary ways - inspired by meaning, purpose, and recovery.

More importantly, I have had the privilege to work with and support diverse youth and adults suffering from addiction, mental health issues, homelessness, and those who are underserved. 

If someone listening on this podcast changed their thinking about recovery or addiction that helped them MOVE THRU A ROUGH SPOT or even if I’ve pissed them off …then this podcast did its job.
