Hydrocephalus is a medical condition where there is excess fluid in the brain. It's one of the more common birth defects that can now be treated thanks to the wonders of modern medicine. Today's story, however, is not so nice. Left untreated and uncared for, these hydrocephalic children ran to the woods and started a life of mystery and intrigue.
