Andy and I discuss the different types of gains that can be made for athletes when they make use of laboratories like they have at Chichester. Environmental chambers, sweat testing, Vo2 Max and more. Our show host Dan DP and others in the area have made use of these previously for events and it was a great discussion with Andy finding out all about how this works.
