His alumni includes Kenyon Martin Jr, Scotty Pippen Jr, BJ Boston, Cassius Stanley and Ziaire Williams. Coach Dre has the demands of a high profile team to handle, but it’s on level one hundred when you throw on the celebrity culture that surrounds the school. Their schedule takes them all over the map and they are the marquee name for every team they face.

For Gil, it’s a balancing act of getting your players to produce, managing expectations, keeping the parents and outside influences all in the right place. It all comes down to philosophy and challenging your players. For Coach Dre, he has been delivering championships amidst sky high expectations.
