In this week's Panel Discussion we look into the absence of modern day Rites Of Passages for men. An initiation or rites of passage for men creates a framework that over time has looked symbolically like this:Teaching & preparing throughout the young boys life from tribal elder men for the process of initiation later in life. This would get the boy mentally, physically & emotionally ready to transition from boy to man.
