On the evening of January 28, 1993, Alonzo Burgess attacked all three of his girlfriend's children before attacking her resulting in three deaths. All because she refused to turn her paycheck over to him. He lived a life of crime with little to no consequences and it took the loss of three lives for the system to finally deem him a danger to society.
