One of the most exciting presences across TV and radio - the wonderful Laura Woods - is guest on the BALANCE podcast.

As Laura says, she has worked her way up from being a runner to becoming one of the most beloved figures in broadcasting - no wonder TalkSport snapped her up to host the coveted breakfast slot. As well as radio, Laura has also become a titan at Sky Sports, where she started out at "the bottom".
