With over 25 years of leadership experience, I bring positive energy, creative thinking, and professionalism to all initiatives. I genuinely care about people and enjoy serving others to maximize leadership development, team cohesiveness and organizational growth.

The most important people in my life are God, my wife of 23 years, and two daughters. Our oldest daughter, Sara,  is a nineteen year-old  junior studying  at New York University (NYU). Our  youngest, Siri, joined our family through adoption 14 years ago from Thailand. Siri is 17 years old  now and has been one of our greatest teachers due to the severity of her special needs.

My current workload includes managing three main arenas. I enjoy running my own business as an executive leadership coach, youth pastor, and basketball coach.
