Keeping in tradition with years past, we end this year with a special episode with our long time friend and regular guest, Rob Piggott. Rob and his team bring the coastal marathon to our doorstep each year, including the half, the 50k and the Saturday santa runs too. Of course, there are a whole lot of different events during the year too which we chat about too, but this one is all about what's happening at this years race, coming up in just a week.
