The perception was that if they could lose weight or get significantly leaner, they would get faster. Is this true as does a lighter athlete run faster, have more energy, or perform better than someone with more muscle mass? In this podcast, we speak world renowned Sports Dietitian, Nancy Clark, where we cover her 30 years of experience working with athletes who are focus on physique over performance.
