Bowski and DH hit up the Sunday League match up between the Tropics and Gators of the FBL Majors division and unveil the “hit bands”, black wrist bands that contain an unlimited number of hits. The evidence collected during the field study suggests this to be true, but only for true f*ckin bush leaguers. We also discuss the rest of the usual Sunday League action including the FBL (the Yaquis won a game!), the Z Fighters of the Pasillas League, and the Threshers of the San Diego Adult Baseball League. We also dive into our experience at the MLB Home Run Derby along with the post All Star game action and trade rumors before the deadline.
