started with F3 in November of 2020. As many were in 2020, I was looking for a way to improve my quality of life and build stronger friendships’. I had also just got threw my first ever knee surgery and needed to boost my fitness. My story with F3 does start before 2020 though, it was around 2018 when I was first invited out to F3 by a pax named Drifter. Like many men, when I asked what time, they meet it was a fast no from me. Fast forward 2 years and I found myself in a meeting with Drifter at work. This time something inside me was pushing me to ask Drifter if he was still involved “in that workout thing”. Of course, like most of us it was a “Yes” with a huge smile and a business card in hand. With no real idea why I was working out at 5:30 in the cold since it was November, a healing knee, and the mentality that I was a former college football player so I can do any workout I posted to my first beatdown. I was humiliated, destroyed, and hooked from that day on.
