Today’s episode is all about wishing you happy New Year. Or is it? As lockdown Version 3.0 has begun here in the UK, it’s easy to think of 20201 starting as bad as 2020 finished. 

But I don’t think that’s the case. It’s another reminder that we’re not quite out of the woods yet, but that definitely doesn’t mean things aren’t getting better. 

What does it mean for your business though? Well, things aren’t looking like they’ll be back to business as usual, at least not for the foreseeable future. So the importance of digital once again is imperative for your business. 

Take this time to find ways to communicate and engage with your community, your customers, your suppliers. You might be surprised at just how responsive people will be.
