Priorities Bio- I grew up in rural Minnesota before enlisting in the Navy after high school. I married my high school sweetheart a few years later and got commissioned as a Naval Officer after graduating from the University of Wisconsin. We have 3 kids (currently 14, 10 and 7) and moved a half dozen times back and forth across the country. In 2014, we took orders to Virginia where I met F3's Dreamliner. He had an internship for the summer in South Carolina, got addicted to F3, and brought it back with him. I thought it sounded terrible and wanted no part of it but I promised to give him 4 saturdays cause I'm a good friend. So I was an FNG when we launched F3 Hampton Roads in November 2016. Two months later, still not a fan of mornings, I said I'd site Q a mid week ao if it were bear crawl distance from my house and we launched a Tuesday morning beatdown at the park by my house. Today F3 Hampton Roads is 20+ weekly workouts all over the region.
