Welcome to another exciting installment of a podcasting maxi-series called Moving Kryptonian Images: The Live Action and Animated Adventures of Superman! The purpose of this series is to celebrate the release of the new Superman film, written and directed by James Gunn and starring David Corenswet as Clark Kent/Superman, Rachel Brosnahan as Lois Lane, and Nicholas Hoult as Lex Luthor!

This time out Zach Moore from Always Hold on to Smallville joins me to talk about one of the more controversial entries in this series. Superman IV: The Quest for Peace has a reputation for being cheap looking at best and the low point for Superman on film at its worst. Zach and I have a conversation that tends to focus on the more negative parts of the film, but in my defense I have done two commentaries, so I promise that I actually like this movie. So, look at this as a more critical look coming from two people that have positive feelings towards it, but are talking about the movie as presented and not the movie we could have gotten if things turned out differently.

As I previously mentioned, Zach is the host of Always Hold on to Smallville, which by this point is either close to or actually finished with looking at the entirety of that series. It's a great show and you should definitely check it out.
