April, 2015. Irish nurse living in Glasgow, Karen Buckley, 24, disappears from the streets of the Scottish city after a night out with friends. Quick action and intense police work would mean Karen would be quickly located. Unfortunately, she had been murdered by a repeat offender that should not have been free on the streets of Glasgow.
