Ashley shares about the impact working in a management role in the hospitality industry where, in order to thrive, she had to lead with very masculine energy and how she essentially forgot what it means to be feminine/a woman.

She goes on to talk about how embracing her feminine side is now supporting her in every aspect of her life, especially in her healing work and in manifesting a life that feels good to her.

Ashley also explains about the Bubble Method that is all about your sphere of influence and consciously choosing what you allow into your energy field, and describes how she came to step onto the path of healing - and it's not what you'd expect :)
