The bracket is HERE! With the NCAA Tournament about to get underway, Tom Canterbury and Gray Robertson are here to discuss everything you need to know about Alabama, the SEC, and much more. Here's your trip around the bases:

At the Plate (0:00-45:12): Tom and Gray take a big look at the bracket overall and discuss some of the issues with the new format that was sprung on everyone 48 hours before the show, the lack of creativity, and the way the three and four seeds are handled. Then, the guys dive into a Tuscaloosa Regional that features Southeastern, Belmont, and USC Upstate before doing a quick “good, meh, bad” from the SEC Tournament.

Advancing to First (45:23-1:01:15): The guys do a deep dive into the left side of the bracket, including regionals in Baton Rouge, Tallahassee, Los Angeles, Fayetteville, Durham, Stillwater, and Lincoln.

Stealing Second (1:01:24-1:16:22): The guys flip to the right side of the bracket and discuss the regionals in Norman, Eugene, Lubbock, Gainesville, Knoxville, Athens, College Station, and Austin.

Rounding Third (1:16:32-1:42:16): Tom and Gray make predictions for every Regional, potential Super Regional, and discuss their initial eight choices for the 2026 WCWS.

Heading Home (1:42:27-2:20:48): To close the show, the guys present an in-depth “Off the Wall” that addresses the season still going, not losing on purpose, excitement, and more. Finally, “Tom’s Hungry” makes a triumphant return after an epic SEC Tournament in Lexington.
