Taking the Number Five spot, it’s the 4th and 7th Innings of Game Three at Georgia. Before that though, Tom Canterbury and Gray Robertson discuss some of the things that have happened since the last episode of the podcast, including the NiJaree Canady portal journey and the reverberations around softball, major SEC transfer pick-ups, Alyson Habetz going to Louisiana, Stephanie Vanbrakle Prothro taking a job at Florida, other coaching moves, Alabama’s additions, and more (0:00-57:47). 

Then, the guys share a few “honorable mentions” and cover some details about that game against Georgia (58:02-1:07:25).

It’s time! The “Off the Wall” segment has been pushed into a separate episode, and this one is a doozy. Tom Canterbury and Gray Robertson gather together to read some of the most asinine comments of the season, including disgusting lines from website editors, quitting quotes from fans, and everything in between.

Then, the guys discuss some of the recent controversies to hit social media since the WCWS, including what constitutes success in softball, the constant moving of the goalposts by fans, and plenty more fiery topics. Finally, Tom and Gray close by explaining why this segment exists and the need to eradicate the ridiculousness in the Alabama fanbase.

The season is over, a champion has been crowned, and it’s time for the Season Six Finale. Tom Canterbury and Gray Robertson return to close out the year with an episode that can last the whole summer that discusses everything you need to know about Alabama, the SEC, and much more. At the Plate (0:00-37:19): Tom and Gray open up the show looking at Oklahoma’s run to a fourth straight national title before saying farewell to the graduates and other departures from Alabama. At the Plate (0:00-21:17): Tom and Gray discuss Alabama’s impressive performance in the Tuscaloosa Regional, including what made the offense explode, the pitching and defense, and more. Then, the guys preview yet another battle with Tennessee in the Knoxville Super Regional.

Advancing to First (21:27-53:26): Tori Vidales from the SEC Network and 7Innings Live returns to the show to cover everything that happened in Regionals, from a shocking exit for Arkansas to a remarkable loser’s bracket run from Missouri. Plus, the gang chats about some of the best matchups this weekend in Supers.

Stealing Second (53:41-1:10:43): The guys march through the left side of the bracket and look at the Supers pairings while also analyzing some of the interesting stories from Regionals.
