Regionals are done! With Supers on the horizon, Tom Canterbury and Gray Robertson are here to discuss everything you need to know about Alabama, the SEC, and much more. Here's your trip around the bases:

At the Plate (0:00-28:54): Tom and Gray take a big look at the Tuscaloosa Regional and dig into the good, meh, and bad from Alabama’s performance. Then, the guys preview the upcoming Super Regional against LSU.

Advancing to First (29:03-51:16): The guys do a deep dive into the results from left side of the bracket, including regionals in Baton Rouge, Tallahassee, Los Angeles, Fayetteville, Durham, Stillwater, and Lincoln.

Stealing Second (51:26-1:27:48): The guys flip to the right side of the bracket and discuss the regionals in Norman, Eugene, Lubbock, Gainesville, Knoxville, Athens, College Station, and Austin.
